Beyond the table, Jennifer is passionate about giving back and using her craft to uplift others—whether through community collaborations, educational food-science and food art experiences for children, or events that support local causes. Ember & Spice is more than a dining experience—it’s also a platform for purpose. Chef Jennifer partners with and supports initiatives benefiting children, veterans, survivors, and other causes whenever possible, weaving generosity and impact into her work.

Chef Jennifer is an award-winning chef and caterer whose culinary journey began in 2022 and quickly skyrocketed thanks to her passion, creativity, and dedication to community. Since launching Ember & Spice, she has become a celebrated figure in the Florida and Alabama food scene and has since expanded to Southern California and traveling.
